Battle - The American Civil War

The American Civil War (1861 to 1865) saw the acendacy of rifle armed infantry. Unlike the Napoleonic Wars, infantry dominated the battlefield and and manuever was critical bringing the firepower of the rifle to bear on enemy troops.

Battle - The American Civil War is an all skill (diceless) game of manuever and battle - similar to chess. Designed as a refinement from the origianl Battle - published by Yaquito Games - the award winning simple, best balanced, flexible and unforgiving game will provides hundreds of hours of fun.

• 30 Union and Confederate Units: Colorful wooden pieces with full color lables
• 12 Battlefield Tiles: Two sided terrain tiles that provide a geomorhic battlefield with a points based selection system. This set is usable with Battle - The Napoleonic Wars and vice-versa.
